Its ok to say no

Just a few thoughts on why I feel its ok to say no. ¬†Relationships require limits and boundaries that are founded on love and respect. ¬†Boundaries allow relationships to be functional. ¬†They also allow families to co habitat without wanting to lose it on one another. ¬†One member of the family can not be getting everything they want at the expense of another member of the family. ¬† As a parent coach I always assess the function and health of the entire family unit. ¬†I set limits for my children’s safety and for my sanity. ¬†

So on this beautiful Thursday afternoon I invite you to get clear on your limits and confident in setting them!

The great thing in the world is not so much where we stand, as in what direction we are moving.
